Nudibranch All nudis are carnivores. They employ a tooth-lined tongue (radula) to munch. The shape, size and number of teeth on the radula correspond with the weaknesses in their prey's defenses. Dorids, such as this Annae, have many scythe-like teeth, good for scraping a meal off a sponge's hide. The hairy nudis (Eolids) have specialized radula for holding and then severing a tentacle.
