Octopus

Although the Andeman sea is famous for it's amazing 120-plus foot visibility, for the first two dozen dives in Thailand and Burma, the visibility was poor to awful, averaging 20 feet. This Octo was found on the first dive on the "Burma Banks," a series of three sea mounts whose highest point was 80 feet underwater. When I jumped in the water, I was absolutely amazed. The visibility was well over 120 feet. I could almost touch the bottom eighty feet below. I found this guy from the surface about 100 feet away. Possibly four foot diameter tip-to-tip.
