This guy was wedged between two five-story tall volcanic rocks. The underwater geography was such that the channel between the rocks featured a strong upwelling. At the time I shot this image, I was mostly upside-down kicking my legs to stay down. With one hand, I was balancing on a stainless steel rod, the other hand holding the camera trying to compose, adjust settings & focus. The rocks and coral in this crevice where exceptionally sharp, as my wetsuit can attest.
