Sanddivers

Sanddivers or "lizardfish" are one of the many carnivores on the reef. They are up to 16 in. long and sit motionless on the bottom, waiting for prey to happen by a little too closely. Then they attack with surprising speed. Unlike scorpionfish, these guys rely on speed rather than camouflage.
