French Angels and coral
French Angelfish mate and pair up for life. You'll frequently see them together in a formation much like this one. There is usually an adventurous one and a more reserved one. In this case, the smaller, presumably female, was the risk-taker and the male was forced to follow just to keep his wife out of trouble.
